Message 84:18-19

All they that hear me and learn of me, hearing my decrees and obey, shall have right to eternity with me, your Lord God Christ forever.  I am he that formed the heavens and the earth and all things that in them are. I am he that placed man in the garden and preserved Noah over the flood. I am he that chose Abraham for his great faith. His seed is as the sands of the seashores, innumerable. I am he that led Israel through the Red Sea and over Jordan and I will deliver my people today, if they will watch and pray and serve me, your Master and Lord God.

Christ is our salvation. No one else can save us from the sin in our lives. Christ has shown over and over his power to the people, but yet they don’t listen. We you listen and serve our Lord.

Genesis 1:1-5

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

God is all things. He created all things. He can do all things. No matter how powerful God might be, he still loves and cares for you. He will never stop loving you, no matter what. Will you love him back?

Genesis 1:1

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

If God can do something so complex as creating the heaven and the earth, just think how much he can do to fix our problems.  As complex our problems seam to us, they are small to God and his power.  Remember, God is always there to help us through.

2nd Kings 1:12:13

“And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty. And he sent again a captain of the third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray thee, let my life, and the life of these fifty thy servants, be precious in thy sight.”

When we are out in the world spreading the word of God, there will come times that God will us in different ways to show people his power.  This could be simple things to complex things, nothing is out of the hand of God.  When God uses us to show his power, it is important that we remember that God is doing the work, not us. When we this power is shown, we have to be prepared for the effects.  The people will want to know about God.  It is our job to share with them the Truth.

Message 88: 8

“Let all things be done in order – and comely. If the Spirit mellows and calmeth the soul, it is of God. Serve the Lord in Praise, in Joy and Peace. Pray earnestly and the Master of men will manifest his Power.”

Where God is, God’s peace rains though.  We can tell when things are from God because the peace that comes with it.  There are no doubts, no worries, just peace.  We have to be open to receive this gift, if our hearts are closed to God, we can not feel his power and love.  Seek the Lord and ask for his blessings, they will follow.
